“ Had this curry rice about a week ago and I can still remember it's taste till this day. The food was amazing and value for money, had me and my friends wanting for more. Small and cozy shop that serves great food. Very happy with the experience ”
“ Excellent Tonkatsu Curry and sweet Milk Matcha drinks went down a treat with very friendly service. A tight squeeze at the tables - with plenty to read on the walls. Will be back for sure! ”
“ A humble tonkatsu place. The chef and the waiter can speak English, and they have both Japanese and English menu. The price might vary over time, so I attach the price as of september. We ordered the premium tonkatsu set, whuch was fulfilling. The tonkatsu was juicy and crispy, fried to the perfection. The rice is also fine. I visited like around 1 30 PM and there was no line in particular, but beware, as only have 7-8 seats. Worth to visit. ”
“ Cute and tiny shop selling katsu, unagi and more!! Great food and service We got tonkatsu curry rice and unagi rice. All patrons get a side of pickles and green tea (free flow). Tonkatsu was crispy and sooo yummy with the rich decadent curry Unagi was fabulous as well, soft and savoury with a ton of sauce! Seems like a family run shop and the owners are warm and friendly. 10/10 [Apr 2025] ”
“ Absolutely a gem of a place. The katsu curry was the best we had on our trip by far. Amazing couple. If you want amazing food, atmosphere and experience I could not recommend it enough! ”
“ Skip the expensive touristy spots and visit this local hidden gem. One of the best meals I've had in Tokyo and it's very affordable. Their tonkatsu is so crispy on the outside, and yet so tender and fatty on the inside. As for their curry, it might taste pretty simple at first but the more you eat, the more addictive it gets. Also, the staff are wonderful, they are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home. The boss (who is the head chef) also came out and have a chat with us. He speaks Japanese, English, some Chinese and Cantonese. Will definitely patronize again when I return to Tokyo in the future. ”
“ stumbled upon this place while we were walking around and the food did not disappoint! we got the pork tonkatsu with curry and the hot tantanmen. noodles had a good bouncy texture but could use a bit more sauce. tonkatsu was fried perfectly and the curry was delicious. service was exceptional! everyone was so nice and welcoming, highly recommend!! ”
“ Where to start with this recommendation. The master & crew was very nice when ordering. Asking about our origin, he can speak a lil bit of Thai too. Now food … There a decent menu to choose from which may be overwhelming. But if you at a tonkatsu shop, order a tonkatsu. Got the Crispy Porkloin set, and Ohtani-San set meal A. Ohtani-San set is quite large with Thick pork cuts and decent eel size. If you got a regular set and need more, the potato croquette is an excellent pair for our tonkatsu. Lemon sour great for the summer heats that last into the night. There about 8 seats in this small shop, so there could be waiting during peak times. Would come back again on my next trip. ”
